When thinking of God’s abundant grace towards all of us, we cannot completely comprehend the breadth and length and height of it. As the apostle Paul said, it is the responsibility and privilege of every chosen man to know the love and grace of Christ, which is broader than all the universe, deeper than the sea, and higher than the height of heaven (Ephesians 3:14-21). In view of these truths and many others, we are indeed privileged to participate in this venture of support for the Kingdom of our God. The Lord has set aside “apostles, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ” (Ephesians 4:11-12). It the goal of Vessel of Grace to participate in supporting those who equip our Lord’s church for the Great Commission.
The great realities of our faith provide the motivation for VOG’s existence: to glorify God by (1) encouraging those who equip the church through counsel and prayer, (2) encouraging fellowship among likeminded ministers of the gospel (3) financially supporting those who preach the gospel of Christ’s sufficient death, resurrection, and ascension throughout the world until He returns.
Vessel of Grace seeks to be an instrument that shares God’s grace in a time of great need in the church and the world. We desire to help seminarians, missionaries, pastors, and church planters who are vessels of the Master, called by the Lord, so that we may all bring glory to our awesome God and Savior. We desire to be a ministry which the Lord may use to extend His cause in the world.
Vessel of Grace is convinced that it is worthy cause to help men who are called as evangelists, pastors, and teachers. We are dedicated to helping equip these saints for their task. Included in this support are the following groups:
A Necessary Prerequisite: Men supported by Vessel of Grace are those who are committed to preaching the sufficiency of Christ and the Scriptures to communities in need—both locally and abroad. They are men who demonstrate a heart that is willing to make any sacrifice needed to fulfill the demands of the Lord’s Great Commission (Matthew 28:18-20).
Seminarians. Men who are being trained to preach the gospel and teach people to obey, through the careful and thorough study of the Scriptures, and who are called as pastors and teachers to fulfill the demands of the Lord’s Great Commission.
Missionaries. Men who have answered a call to fulfill the Lord’s Great Commission by spreading the gospel in various countries around the world.
Pastors and Church planters. Men who shepherd flocks in strategic local communities and those who have planted a new church in communities that are in dire need of an evangelical witness.
We Site Ministry. Our ultimate goal is to spread the gospel to the world especially to Korea speaking people in the world. So we are preaching the gospel through our website (www.gracetokorea.org) in Korean.
